Grew up in the jedi temple, training. This is where she meets her best friend for life, Areta L'hnnar. They do practically everything together. In her teens she becomes a padawan and meets Stel and Rayne. This is about the time she starts to question the way jedi are doing things and feels trapped. She also gets the scar on her eyebrow while getting into a fight she was not ready for. When she is about 20 she gets fed up with feeling like a bird in a cage and leaves the jedi order. Rumors start going around that she left to become a sith, this is of course just a rumor but everyone starts to believe it because her constant questioning. She comes back to talk to Areta and find out about these rumors and comes up with a plan to get her friends out. She comes back, pretending to be a sith and fakes Areta's death and was going to get Stel and Rayne but things didn't go as planned. when she finally comes back for them, Stel is already gone and she is almost caught. Soon after order 66 happened and she was devastated that she didn't get her friends. She eventually meets Harvey and he falls head over heels for her. In the beginning she doesn't feel the same way but he eventually grows on her. They live like nomads, roaming place to place only deciding to settle down when she becomes pregnant. They buy a house in the middle of no where on Ryloth and Kali is born there. Everything seems good until she is found by a former jedi turned sith. She makes sure Harvey and Kali get out alive by staying behind, fighting to the death.
